September | October 2025
The Slow Flow module offers teachers an opportunity to develop confidence in teaching Slow Flow Yoga, which is a form of Vinyasa Krama. The Slow Flow Kramas that you will learn on this training can then be combined with Yin for Yin Fusion classes. The style of Flow is rooted in the traditional teachings go Sri T. Krishnamacharya and largely inspired by Vini Yoga, a form of Vinyasa used in Yoga Therapy, developed by TKV Desikichar.
October 2025 - Feb 2026
The Yin and Restorative Training modules offers yoga teachers an immersive, flexible way to deepen their skills. Through the practice of Yin Yoga, you’ll explore long-held postures that target the body’s deeper connective tissues, promoting flexibility and energetic balance. In Restorative Yoga, you’ll discover how to guide your students into a state of profound relaxation and nervous system regulation, using props to create supportive postures that allow for deep physical and mental release.

The Women’s Health training module is a journey of empowerment. This deep dive into Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine in relation to female health explores the cycle and the stages of menopause.
April 2026
In this 20 hr Breath Coach Module, you will learn how to unlock the power of breath to transform your body, mind, and spirit. This unique course blends modern science with ancient wisdom, offering an in-depth exploration of breath as a tool for healing, stress management and self-regulation. On this training, you will learn how to regulate your nervous system and reset your autopilot, using breathing techniques. You will also learn how to assess other peoples breath, gather information about their mental and physical health and develop personalised breathing programmes to help them reset.
May 2026
The Energy Medicine training module offers an exploration of subtle body energetics in relation to the systems of the body as outlined by western physiology, in relation to physiological conditions. The approach offers therapeutic sequencing and teaches you how to adapt postures for specific conditions, such as autoimmune conditions, cancer, heart disease and various conditions relating to the various systems of the body.
June 12th-14th 2026
The iHeal module explore trauma-sensitive and trauma-informed yoga. In this training, we integrate these classical teachings of Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras with Western psychological frameworks, including Polyvagal Theoryand Somatic Experiencing, to create a balanced East–West approach to healing. In addition to learning how to offer Trauma-sensitive yoga, you will also learn how to hold circles and facilitate cacao ceremonies and art therapy sessions, weaving these practices into trauma recovery work with sensitivity and integrity.
September 12th-13th
The Chair Yoga module trains yoga teachers how to adapt the teachings of yoga for students with limited mobility or anyone looking for a gentle practice. Chair Yoga offers a supportive and accessible way for students of all ages and ability levels to enjoy the benefits of yoga.
October 24-25th | November 14th-15th 2026
This Somatic Yoga Therapy Training invites you to “perceive your body from within” through an exploration of the functional, somatic, and energetic patterns that contribute to physical and emotional pain—and the relationship between them. Throughout the training, you will learn how to identify and re-pattern habitual tension, re-educate the neuromuscular system, and restore greater ease and pain-free movement using tools such as: mobility-based asana, SomaRoll myofascial release, SomaSensing, Somatic Experiencing, Hanna Somatics and PolyVagal Theory tools, techniques and resources and scripted classes for the nervous systems responses to stress and trauma.
December 5th 2026
SomaSensing Inquiry is a transformational training where rest becomes revelation. Inspired by the therapeutic applications of iRest Yoga Nidra and the inner work of trauma recovery, this method blends deep relaxation, body-based awareness, and skilled verbal facilitation. You’ll learn to guide students or clients into a mind-body state of receptivity, then gently support them in sensing into emotional patterns, belief systems, and inner dialogues held within the soma.
On-Demand
The SomaRoll Yoga Method is an integrative, embodiment practice. It combines Myofascial Release Therapy and gentle mobility-inspired yoga. The mobility-yoga exercises work on stabilising the joints and neutralising muscle imbalances relating to bad posture, excess sitting and repetitive stress. The myofascial release releases tension patterns associated with postural dysfunctions and somatic armouring.
Bonus On-Demand Training
This yoga anatomy and alignment training is designed to bridge the gap between modern anatomy and the universal principles of yoga alignment. It combines traditional biomechanics to help break down poses and biotensgrity-based anatomy, which explains how everything in the body is connected through the fascial system.
